Welcome to Smith’s Farm Shop

Here at Smiths Farm Shop we are proud to be a family run business since 1958!

We pride ourselves on supporting small local businesses by providing them with an outlet to sell their wonderful products; our bread is carefully baked by hand in a small bakery in Northampton (they still keep to the same 150 year old recipe!), our milk is from a local dairy farm, our local honey is produced in small batches, some of our cakes are baked just across the road from us!

We like to keep our fruit and vegetable range as seasonal and as local as possible – less food miles means its fresher, and tastes better. Our customers love our homegrown potatoes, asparagus and pumpkins which we still grow here on the farm.

At our Chapel Brampton branch we have our own large car park right outside the shop entrance. Our friendly members of staff are always ready to help carry your shopping out to your car.

Christmas Poultry 2016

2016 Prices Christmas Poultry Prices

Orders to be placed by 12th December!

Whether you’re looking for a traditional turkey, cockerel, goose, duck this year, Smiths Farm Shop have got the best quality poultry to make this Christmas extra special!

Our white turkeys, cockerels, and ducks come from a family run farm in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside. They are fed on home grown grain, rich in wheat and oats giving them their unique flavour that customers love. All birds are plucked by hand, these days most turkeys are wet plucked by a machine, which is quicker but it takes off a top layer of the skin that holds in the flavour which gives the turkey a crispy finish when cooked. The turkey is then hung in a chilled environment for up to two weeks giving the meat its wonderful texture and full, succulent, traditional flavour.

To order your Christmas bird, please come and visit our Chapel Brampton branch and place your order with a friendly member of staff.
