Are you ready for Halloween?

Its that time of year again! We have an excellent selection of pumpkins for sale in our farm shop, perfect for carving or eating.

Try roasting the seeds after you have hollowed out your halloween  lantern with this brilliant recipe:

You will need:

1 cup of pumpkin seeds

2 tsp of melted butter (olive oil works well too)

salt

cayenne pepper (optional)

Method:

Preheat your oven to 150C, clean off all the pulpy stringy bits, toss them in a bowl with oil and seasoning, spread in a single layer on a baking sheet, bake for 45 minutes until golden brown!
