   Hi margaret, just cookedc the trout bought this morning with butter and lemon (8mins ) andas usual fantastic taste. They were still swimming in Pitsford yesterday!
   So fresh, so tasty and a great price too!
   Will get some more for a future dinner party next week -hopefully!
