  • Turkeys

Northamptonshire produced Turkeys, barn reared, dry plucked by hand, hung to mature.

5.45kg – 8.18kg   /  £8.25 per kg

12lb – 18lbs      /  3.75   per lb

8.18kg +  /  £7.50 per kg

18lbs +  / £3.40 per lb

Boned, Rolled and Stuffed

From 6lbs  upwards  with sage & onion stuffing    /  £7.04 per lb

(approx 1/2 lb stuffing per adult)

  Crown

Whole Turkey with thighs and legs removed

10 – 12 lbs   /   £11.75 per kg   /   £5.34 per lb

14 – 15 lbs   /   £11.75 per kg   /   £5.34 per lb

Free Range Bronze

Daventry produced Turkeys, outdoor reared, dry plucked by hand, hung to mature.

4.5 kg – 9 kg   /   £9.25 per kg

10 – 19 lbs     /   £4.20 per lb

 

  • Cockerels 

Northamptonshire produced, barn reared, dry plucked by hand, hung to mature.

2.72 kg – 4.5 kg    /   £8 per kg

6 lbs -10 lbs max / £3.63 per lb

 

  • Geese

Produced Locally.

4.5 kg  -  6.35 kg   /   £11 per kg

10 lb  -  14 lbs    /    £5 per lb

 

  • Duck

Produced in suffolk.

2 kg  -  2.5 kg   /   £6.50 per kg   /  £2.95 per lb

- Orders for duck must be made by the 5th December

 

All whole birds are oven ready and include giblets. Collection is on the 23rd and 24th December.
