Strawberry and Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of orange juice
- 1 banana
- 0.5 cup of plain yoghurt
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
Method
- First pour the liquid ingredients (including the yoghurt) into the blender
- Place all the fruit into blender at the same time
- Blend until smooth
Blackberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup apple juice
- 0.5 cup plain yoghurt
- 1.5 cups frozen blackberries
- 1 banana
Method
- First pour the liquid ingredients (including the yoghurt) into the blender
- Place all the fruit into blender at the same time
- Blend until smooth
Double Apple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 green apple
- 1 red apple
- approx one dozen frozen strawberries
- 1 – 2 cups apple juice
Method
- Place the ingredients into the blender in the order listed and mix on high until fully blended
Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup skimmed or semi-skimmed milk
- 3 tablespoons raspberry preserve
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 scoops plain or vanilla soy protein powder
Method
- Combine the ingredients in the blender
- Cover and blend on high for about one minute
